  • Marianne Jones

    FOUNDER, PRINCIPAL DESIGNER

    Marianne worked in Marketing, then in Business Development for the Michigan Design Center, before she made the leap to start her own interior design business. She got her start remodeling her own home, a turn-of-the-century farmhouse, her design sensibility quickly attracted interest, and she founded her own firm in 2010.

    Today, Marianne has won countless awards, been featured in design publications, and boasts a long roster of residential and commercial clients across the country. While she’s known for a style that’s classic and inviting, Marianne believes in creating spaces that reflect the personalities that live there. Whether it’s a gray-shingled Nantucket getaway for a family of five or an office space for an avant garde beauty brand, Marianne always designs with people in mind. Attentive and detail-oriented, it’s clear that each conversation serves as inspiration for the spaces Marianne creates – always designing for the lives her clients want to lead.

  • Elle Tor

    LEAD DESIGNER

    Elle studied Interior Design at Michigan State University and worked for accredited design firm Oliver Max prior to joining the Marianne Jones team in 2018. As a designer, Elle prides herself on understanding her clients’ needs and using their everyday lives as inspiration to create spaces that are not only beautiful, but functional. With a perspective that’s fresh and effortlessly chic, Elle layers unexpected fabrics and textures to design timeless, relaxing interiors. In her spare time Elle can be found drawing, scouring the web for new music or taking her Nikon for a stroll around the city.
